LATEST APPOINTMENT ACCEPTED IS 3PM A feather weight fan placed on one natural lash, the fan consists of 8-15 lashes to create a fan depending on health/length of natural lash. This set is recommended if you have sparse natural lashes or if you want a dramatic look. *appointment takes up to 4 hours
